Our Golden Dreams program was founded in December of 2001 to try and help grant the wishes of children with life-threatening illness and their families from around the world, to experience a memorable moment in time with their families.

Our mission reflects the life-changing impact that a visit to the magic of Orlando's theme parks and Mickey Mouse can have on a child and their families.

Volunteers and Vacation Home Owners

Our volunteer and vacation home owners are the backbone of the "Golden Dreams" program. Only through their belief, kindness and commitment, can this program work.

"Golden Dreams" program is always in need of volunteers and vacation property homeowners to help in several areas, including...

• Sharing your home by offering it for short term use, usually 1-2 weeks maximum to a family who have a child with a life-threatening illness
• Meeting families at one of the local airports, helping make these special family vacations more memorable, whilst they are visiting Central Florida.

Without your support and generosity, Florida Gold and Golden Dreams program would not survive.
