• Communication: We fully understand that as an owner, you want the peace of mind and the confidence, to "know" that your home is being looked after and maintained to the highest standards.
• 24 Hour Care and Emergency Cover: Our management team are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure that any issues are dealt with as promptly as required. Our trained maintenance staff are available 24 hours every day in the event of emergency work being required.
• Efficient Cleaning and Maintenance: Our cleaning staff are trained to the highest standards and a thorough operational inspection is completed after every guest departs. Again, any issues reported are immediately communicated to the owner.
• Administration Services: Our administrative staff are always available to answer any owners' questions and queries. We offer our owners a variety of support services, including bill paying, utilities connections, licensing services, e-mailing of detailed monthly charges, and invoicing.

Marketing Services

We can help arrange for a virtual tour to be created for your home as a key marketing tool to drive more rentals. Our virtual tours are of the highest photographic quality. They are also unique in that a floor plan is used in conjunction with the photos and 360 degree panoramas giving viewers a true virtual visit of your home.

We have an extensive website marketing programme that ensures that "Florida Gold" is seen extensively across North America, Canada, UK and Europe.
